When you make a purchase, we collect your email address and name (provided during Stripe checkout). Payment information is processed and stored securely by Stripe — not by us. We also collect IP address and browser information automatically via our hosting provider Vercel and Google Analytics.

3. How we use your data

  • To fulfil your order — we send your purchased documents to your email. Legal basis: contract performance.
  • To respond to enquiries — if you contact us by email. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
  • To comply with legal obligations — we retain transaction records as required by HMRC. Legal basis: legal obligation.
  • To improve our website — we use Google Analytics. Legal basis: legitimate interests.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. How long we keep your data

  • Transaction records: 6 years (HMRC requirement)
  • Email correspondence: 3 years after matter concluded
  • Analytics data: 26 months (Google Analytics default)
