We sell digital document templates for UK landlords as Microsoft Word (.docx) files delivered by email. Documents are for use in England and Wales only. They are templates and general information tools — not legal advice. For advice specific to your situation, consult a qualified solicitor.
All prices are in pounds sterling (£). Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. Your order is confirmed when payment is successfully processed.
Documents are delivered by email to the address provided at checkout, typically within a few minutes of payment. Download links remain valid for 30 days. If you do not receive your documents within 30 minutes, check your spam folder then contact hello@excitypropertymanagement.store.
We will offer a full refund if the document was not delivered, is materially different from what was described, or you have not yet accessed the download link. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, by requesting immediate access to the digital download you acknowledge the 14-day cooling off period is waived once the download has been accessed. To request a refund, email hello@excitypropertymanagement.store within 14 days of purchase.
You may use purchased templates for your own personal and commercial property management for as many properties as you manage. You may not resell, redistribute or share the templates with others who have not purchased them.
Templates are reviewed regularly to reflect current UK law but legislation changes frequently. We accept no liability for any loss arising from the use of our templates. Always verify templates are current before use and consult a solicitor for complex situations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EXCITY LTD's liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant purchase.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
